3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent advertisements
  • Promote illegal products, services, or activities
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
  • Violate advertising policies of connected platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
  • Engage in discriminatory advertising practices
  • Collect personal data without proper consent

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided "as-is." While we strive for quality, you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free from errors or suitable for your specific needs.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or services.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using our Service. You grant us a limited license to process and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. Our platform, including AI models, software, and branding, remains our exclusive property.

9. Data and Analytics

We collect and process campaign performance data to provide analytics and optimization recommendations. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to improve our AI models and services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RageAdFusion.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
